| LG Customer service is absolutely fantastic. Seriously.
When I got back from bloodstock, my second monitor was broken. I was gutted, but still on a high from the weekend so I didn't think too much about it. Anyway, it got to thursday, and I was suffering a bit without it, so I decided to check if it was still under warranty. I thought it had long expired, as I've had the monitor since christmas 2006. Anyway, turns out the warranty is 3 years, and so I phoned them up to see if I could get it fixed. They said that was no problems, and that a local company would contact me within 24 - 48 hours. I'm heading off to Stafford on saturday, so I thought that I'd have to leave it behind and get my dad to deal with it for me. Within an hour, the company phoned me back up and said that they had organised a courier to come and bring me a brand new monitor, and take away my old one the next day. LG <3 | |
